Agro-dealership
We sell improved farm inputs and implements to both smallholders and commercial farmers. We have 10 agro-dealer shops running throughout the year located in 4 districts namely Ntchisi, Dowa, Salima and Nkhotakota. As an agro-dealer, we subscribe to Malawi Poison and Herbicides Board, Rural Market Trust (RUMARK), Seed Traders Association of Malawi (STAM) and Agro-dealers Association of Malawi (AAM).
Our strategic approach is to be in closer proximity to the farmer so that the farmer does not travel too long to access improved agro-inputs. This requires identifying shops in hard-to-reach areas with an aim to provide convenience to the farmer.
In a bid to ensure that farmers planned farming activities are not frustrated, Agwenda Agro-dealers is in existing partnership with other business organizations and companies to provide reliable and timely inputs in an effort to expand the scale, scope and effectiveness of engaging rural smallholder farmers.
