Commodity Trading

We provide buy back services for our promoted value chains on the excess yields thereby assuring our farmers of steady markets. Our Agro-dealer shops located a stone-throw away from rural farmers are used as marketing hubs during harvesting season.

Our last obligation for our farmers under forward contract is to offtake the excess yields produced through AWILI.

This is where our Trading Line business and team provide the much needed markets for the farmers.

We promote collective marketing for our women and youth farmers to enable bargain on prices. This also works well for Agwenda as it is assured of accessing large volumes at one convenient place. We also attend Trade fairs to identify small, medium and larger offtakers of our produce.

We mostly procure the following produce from farmers;

1. Birds Eye Chilies
2. Soybeans
3. Groundnuts
4. Rice

We are already in partnership with domestic and regional off-takers for the mentioned crops.
